Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We think you’ll be delighted with all your Squirrel Tracks purchases. But for your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may, for any reason, return your purchases to us within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping, of course). Please read our Returns Policy below for complete details.

Returns Policy

You may return items to us if you notify us within 30 days of shipment. You must call us Toll Free at 877/397-5386 or email us at customerservice@squirreltracks.com to notify us before you ship your return back. Any items you return must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, so please save those boxes until you are sure you’re happy! You are responsible for all shipping charges we incurred to send the package(s) to you and for your shipping costs to send the package(s) back to us.

Please note: If you return items from a purchase that qualified for free shipping, you are still responsible for the cost we incurred to ship the product to you. This is important to keep in mind because the cost to ship train tables and other large items can be significant. Train tables are generally drop-shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse and are subject to the 15% restocking fee imposed by the manufacturer.

Damaged Merchandise

To report any merchandise damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the items. In order for us to make a damage claim with the carrier, you must keep all the materials that shipped with your order (the outer carton and any packing materials) so that the carrier may inspect it. We will arrange for a refund or replacement of any damaged merchandise as quickly as possible. Refunds or replacements cannot be made if the damage is reported after 5 days.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping. We usually ship by the next business day, so please let us know as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel or change an order. Once your order has shipped, you may return it as explained in our Returns Policy above.

And even though you’ll probably never need it, it’s nice to know that if you ever do have a problem with a Maxim item, you can call us Toll Free at 877/397-5386 or email us at customerservice@squirreltracks.com to arrange for a free replacement. Please note that Maxim’s guarantee states that unless an item was broken on arrival, you may be liable for the cost of shipping your free replacement. If you ever find an item missing or damaged upon opening a product box, Maxim will, of course, send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you. It is important to note that merchandise damaged in shipment - by the carrier - must be handled as explained above under Damaged Merchandise.
