- No purchase is necessary.
- You may enter up to four times per month. Entries exceeding this limit will be discarded. But don’t worry about trying to keep track of your entries, there is no penalty for entering too often. We’ll simply toss out any entries over the limit.
- With each purchase, customers are automatically entered in the free monthly drawing. There's no limit on automatic, purchase-related entries, since it would probably be impractical for you to try to “stuff the ballot box” that way! Customers automatically entered into the free monthly drawing by making a purchase may still enter manually up to four times per month.
- If you win, you may choose any one item from our in-stock inventory priced up to $35 and we will ship it to you for free. We will pay any applicable North Carolina sales taxes. There is absolutely no cost to you. You get the loot and it doesn’t cost you a thing! The drawing prize has no cash value.
- The Free Monthly Drawing covers one item only. You cannot combine, for example, seven $5 items to get $35 worth of stuff.
- If you would prefer to choose one in-stock item that is priced over $35, we will sell you that item for $35 off the price marked. If you choose this option, we will still ship your item to you for free and pay any applicable North Carolina sales taxes.
- If you would like to order and pay for additional items when you claim your prize, you may do so and still get free shipping!
- You have no obligation except to give us your email address so we can notify you if you are the winner. We will add your address to our mailing list only if you have indicated that you would like to join our mailing list. We will not use your email address for any other reasons. Squirrel Tracks Wooden Trains does not share any of your personal information with anyone for any reason. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
- The winner must give us an address in the U.S. or Canada to ship the item to.
- Drawings will be held after the last day of the month. A winning email address will be randomly selected from that month’s entries and the winner will be notified. If the winner does not respond within seven days of our notice he or she automatically forfeits the prize and another random drawing will be made for that month’s prize. If that winner does not respond, we will repeat the random drawings until a winner claims the prize.
- Entries received after the drawing will be automatically entered into the next month’s drawing.
- A winner is not eligible for the drawing again until 12 months after his or her win. Other members of the winner’s household are likewise not eligible for that 12 month period.
- A list of winners is available here. By entering, you agree that if you win you will let us publish your first name, last initial, city and state on this list. No other identifying information will be published.
- Limitations of Liability (the serious legalese): This drawing is for the enjoyment of the customers and visitors of Squirrel Tracks Wooden Trains (STWT). By entering, you release and hold harmless STWT and its owners from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this drawing.
