![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50906b - Short Curved Track - sold by the piece! Adding track to a starter train set is a very economical way to maximize your child’s play possibilities. Short curved track makes much tighter turns than standard curved track. They make a circle with a radius of about 4.25” (compared to 8” for “standard” sized curved track). The tighter curve of these tracks allows for a greater variety of layout combinations than standard curved track alone. Sometimes a tight zig or zag is all you need to get around an obstacle or to attach the loose ends of your railroad empire. 4 curved tracks is enough for half a circle. Sold by the piece - remember to adjust the quantity in your shopping cart as necessary. | $1.55 In stock, usually ships the next business day |

click to enlarge | Maxim 50905b - Curved Track - sold by the piece! Adding track to a starter train set is a very economical way to maximize your child’s play possibilities. These curved tracks are the standard curved tracks that come with our Maxim train sets. They make a circle with a radius of about 8”. What more can we say about curved tracks? Well... you can send your trains back where they came from if you lay down four curved tracks to make a half circle. Trains can wiggle like worms if you lay curves down in alternating directions. When you intersperse them with straight track, your track can snake all over your layout! 4 curved tracks is enough for half a circle. Sold by the piece - remember to adjust the quantity in your shopping cart as necessary. | $1.75 In stock, usually ships the next business day |

![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50902b - Short (4”) Straight Track - sold by the piece! Adding track to a starter train set is a very economical way to maximize your child’s play possibilities. Maxim short straight tracks are 4” long. The shorter length of these tracks allows for a greater variety of layout combinations than longer straight track alone. Sometimes a bit of short track is just what you need to connect loose ends of your layout or to get past an obstacle before making a turn. Sold by the piece - remember to adjust the quantity in your shopping cart as necessary. | $1.55 In stock, usually ships the next business day |

click to enlarge | Maxim 50903b - Long (8”) Straight Track - sold by the piece! Adding track to a starter train set is a very economical way to maximize your child’s play possibilities. Maxim long straight tracks are 8” long. Straight tracks extend your layout in whatever directions you might point it with curved tracks. Besides spanning distances, straight tracks are also handy for sidings where you can park your trains while they’re resting. Sold by the piece - remember to adjust the quantity in your shopping cart as necessary. | $1.75 In stock, usually ships the next business day |

![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50907 - Curved Switch Tracks - pack of 2 Switches really extend the fun of any layout. Use switches to connect different parts of your layout or to make a siding to park your trains on. We highly recommend having some switches in even the simplest layouts - any switch design will work fine. These basic curved switches are our most popular switches because they are the most flexible. They have rails on both sides so either piece can be flipped over and used as a right-hand or left-hand switch. Since they combine a straight branch and a curved branch, they can be used in layouts in endless ways. Includes 2 curved switches. | $8.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |

![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50926 - T-Switch Track Switches really extend the fun of any layout. Use switches to connect different parts of your layout or to make a siding to park your trains on. We highly recommend having some switches in even the simplest layouts - any switch design will work fine. This T-switch is a fantastic addition to any layout. It combines a straight branch with two curved branches and can be used in endless ways. You can make a quick and easy loopback so your trains don’t always have to run around in the same direction. Or use it with a bit of track as a siding for making three-point turns so your trains can go back in the opposite direction. Or let trains pull off the mainline and into and out of a Train Station or Roundhouse. Or...? Includes 1 T-switch. | $7.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50920 - Buffer Stops with Intersection Use these buffer stops at the ends of sidings so your parked trains won’t roll off the end of the track. The intersection track is great for crossing train paths when you don’t want to use a bridge. Engineers have to stay alert, though, and look both ways before they cross the intersection! Includes 1 intersection and 2 buffer stops. | $4.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50929 - Viaduct Bridge Look down at the valley below as we cross the viaduct bridge! Hello sheep! Hello cows! These viaduct bridge pieces can be connected end-to-end, stacked one on top of the other, or used individually to help your railroads cross all kinds of valleys, gorges, rivers, canyons, squirrel villages, other train tracks, etc. The textured bricks and stones look like they were collected from the surrounding countryside, shaped, and assembled with thousands of squirrel-hours of labor! Includes 2 viaduct bridge supports and 2 curved tracks. | $11.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50917 - Rope Bridge How do you get your train across that swamp full of hungry alligators? On a wiggly, wobbly rope bridge, of course! Even though it’s wobbly, engineers can steam along with confidence because the planks are made of slices of track so trains won’t derail. The Rope Bridge also works well for crossing crags and crannies up on a mountain top, or a river full of ravenous piranhas! Includes 1 rope bridge and 2 ascending tracks. | $15.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50912 - Swing Bridge This bridge pivots in the middle to let cross traffic pass. Crossing gates remind the engineers they’ll have to stop their trains and wait before they can cross. Uh-oh! Someone pivoted the bridge while the train was crossing. Now what does the engineer do? Includes 1 swing bridge with crossing gates and 2 ascending tracks. | $14.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
click to enlarge | Maxim 50908 - Ascending Track - pack of 2 A bustling city can’t criss-cross all its trains on one level. With ascending tracks, trains can go up and over busy train lines! If you add track pieces between the ascending tracks, you can extend your elevated track as far as you like with plenty of room for trains and tracks to pass below. You will need at least one support block or bridge support to hold up the ascending tracks. A few DUPLO™ LEGOs®, Mega Bloks® or wooden building blocks will work, too. (Specifically, three DUPLOs™ are exactly the right height. Six “big kid” LEGOs® would come up a little short.) With additional ascending tracks, you can build multi-level layouts for even more fun. How far can your train can go after it rolls down the hill! Includes 2 ascending tracks. | $6.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50915 - Multi-Level Set - pack of 4 with track Once your train has puffed its way up an ascending track or bridge, you might as well enjoy the scenery. The heavy duty bridge supports in our Multi-Level Set let you easily span great divides or curve around above other tracks, buildings, roads, etc. Unlike a standard bridge with a cut-out arch where you have to line up other track just right to go underneath, these supports allow track to go under in just about any orientation with minimal obstructions from the elevated track. And you can stack them to make multi-level layouts! Because they stand on four slim legs instead of one large block, bridge supports sometimes fit between lower-level tracks more easily than support blocks in very crowded layouts. They also offer greater stability than support blocks making it less likely that the youngest train engineers will inadvertently knock down their elevated track sections. Includes 4 bridge supports, 2 short straight tracks and 2 short curved tracks. | $9.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
click to enlarge | Maxim 50461 - Stone Bridge This is a basic bridge style that comes with many train sets. But our Stone Bridge has neato silkscreened stones on the side to help stir little imaginations. The opening under the bridge is tall enough and wide enough for trains and tracks to go through. This bridge uses a three-piece design - a center section with Female/Female connections and two ramps, one with Male/Male connections and one with Male/Female connections. The end result is the same as any other track - you’ve got a Female connection on one end and a Male connection on the other end. But, if you have more than one of this type of bridge, you can alternate the ramp pieces so that your bridges can act as F/F or M/M adapters. Before we got a set of adapter pieces in our house, we built many a complex layout just using this little trick. Includes 1 three-piece bridge. | $11.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50936 - Big Train Tunnel The Big Train Tunnel can serve as a tunnel, an engine shed, or a hiding place. Yoo-hoo! Is anyone in there? Includes 1 6” long tunnel with integral track piece. | $8.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Maxim 50925 - Turntable Locomotives cannot just turn around whenever they want like cars and trucks can, they need a turntable! The round red piece in the middle is 3.25” long and can turn one locomotive or train car at a time (locomotives or train cars longer than 3.25” such as our Express Train may not fit on the turntable). By rotating the turntable, young engineers can point their locomotives in any direction they like. Besides turning around to go back the way you came, a turntable is also handy for parking locomotives on sidings. A turntable can also be used as a sort of directional intersection allowing trains to continue along their path when the turntable is pointed their way. By arranging your layout so two paths cross at a turntable intersection, trains on one path will have to wait until trains on the other path have passed and the turntable has rotated back to the waiting train’s direction. Includes 1 turntable. | $7.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
![]() click to enlarge | Dazy - Suretrack® Track Clips - box of 14 Sometimes engineers are so busy trying to get their trains to the station on time, they knock the tracks out of place! Depending on the kid and the situation, this can either be an opportunity to learn how to put track together or it can be a big frustration. To avoid frustration, Dazy, Inc. came up with Suretrack® track clips to clip wooden train tracks together. Suretrack clips simply slide in place to secure and stabilize track connections. The notched sides allow Suretrack to fit on virtually any track piece including switches, turntables, and crossovers. When you want to change things around or put away the track for the night, Suretrack clips slide off as easily as they go on. They are made of high-quality plastic and will not mark or mar track. Each box contains fourteen Suretrack clips - enough to clip the Classic Figure Eight train set. Since some sections of layouts may be more prone to getting knocked out of place than others, you can either clip every connection on your layout or just the sections that need it. Includes 14 Suretrack® track clips. | $11.95 In stock, usually ships the next business day |
